1. Scope of Application
These Terms set forth the conditions of purchase and use of the products (services) we provide. Customers may use our services only if they agree to these Terms.
2. Service Content
We deliver custom-made files (responses) for each order by email.
Delivery will be made within 3–7 business days after the order is confirmed. In the event of a delay, we will promptly notify the customer.
3. License of Use
Customers are granted the right to use the delivered files for commercial and personal purposes. Redistribution, resale, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Acts
Use in violation of public order or morality.
Acts that infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Fraudulent use of this service or acts that encourage such behavior.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Responsibility for the accuracy of input: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided as the basis for calculations (e.g., shipping methods, ambient temperatures, and product specifications). We shall not be held liable for any outcomes arising from errors or omissions in the information provided, including but not limited to damage to products.
Limitation of liability: Should we be held liable for damages in connection with our services, our total liability shall, regardless of the reason, be limited to the amount of the service fee actually paid by the customer for the relevant transaction.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court as the court of first instance.
