Q: I want to maintain a temperature other than 0°C in an insulated box. Can you calculate the required amount of non-0°C cold-packs and select the appropriate box?
A: Yes. We can calculate the required amount of non-0°C cold-packs and select the box.
Please tell us the target holding temperature.
Q: Our shipment is a specialty item (for example, a regional specialty). Can your service handle the calculation for it?
A: Please contact us about the item. We'll let you know whether we can handle the calculation, referencing similar items if needed.
Q: I want to ship or store fish that are prone to ice burn (surface damage from direct contact with ice). Can you accommodate this?
A: Please contact us. We'll advise on packaging and handling options and how we can accommodate it.
Q: I'd like to evaluate multiple product types or multiple shipping routes.
A: Please start with one product and one route by ordering Service 1-A or 1-B. After payment is complete, we can proceed with additional services and provide guidance covering multiple products and/or routes.
Filling Out the Shipment Form
Q: Completing the form takes time. Can I save and come back later?
A: Yes. Your progress is saved automatically. To pause, simply close the page. When you want to return, open the form and tap Continue on the start screen to resume.
A: If any information essential for our calculations is unclear or missing, we'll contact you for clarification.
Q: Transit times can vary. How should I enter them?
A: Enter the expected range (for example, "Yamato Transport refrigerated service, A City B Branch -> Destination: a-b hours"). We will provide results for both the minimum and maximum times.
Q: I don't know the temperature settings for the carrier's refrigerated service.
A: Please tell us which carrier you plan to use. We'll check what temperature settings that carrier offers.
About Results
Q: How long does it take to receive the results?
A: We usually email your result within 3-7 business days after your order is confirmed. We strive to respond quickly, but processing may take longer during periods of high order volume.
Payment
Q: What is “Shop Pay”?
A: “Shop Pay” is Shopify's accelerated checkout. It lets you save your email, phone number, credit card, and shipping address for faster checkout. Once you're set up, you can use it at any store that supports Shop Pay. It also supports international purchases.
