First, please inquire whether or not calculations for your perishable products are possible.

Service 1-A: Basic Plan (Idea Stage)

Please provide the following regarding your shipping requirements at your idea stage:
- Type of perishable product (to be transported/preserved)
- Approximate dimensions (W x D x H) and estimated weight of the product within the insulated box
- Shipping origin and destination addresses
- Expected ambient temperatures at the origin and destination during the shipping period

Based on the above information, we will provide a simplified simulation of the shipping method and notify you of the following:
- The optimal amount of ice packs required
- A recommended insulated box (unless otherwise requested)

Consequently, the result provided is intended as reference values only, and the use or handling of such information is at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility.
