Insulated boxes fitted with ice packs keep fresh produce at a consistent temperature near 0°C / 32℉ (just above the freezing point of fresh produce) from origin to destination, for every single shipment. This ensures maximum freshness retention and consistent product quality across all deliveries.
This solves the temperature variance inherent in the guaranteed temperature ranges of standard refrigerated shipping  (e.g., 0°C to 5°C / 32℉ to 41℉), as well as the issues of time-based temperature fluctuations and uneven spatial temperature distribution within containers or transport depots.

Service 1-A: Basic Plan (Idea Stage)

Please provide the following regarding your shipping requirements at your idea stage (i.e., a stage where you do not yet have a concrete plan):
- Type of perishable product (to be transported/preserved)
- Approximate dimensions (W x D x H) and estimated weight of the product within the insulated box
- Shipping origin and destination addresses

Based on the above information, we will make a preliminary estimate of the shipping arrangements and provide you with the following results:
- The optimal weight of ice packs required
- A recommended insulated box (unless otherwise requested)
