This service is provided under the following assumptions:
〇 Cold packs
・Use 0°C (32°F) cold packs.
Using cold packs with a freezing point other than 0°C may cause the product to freeze.

〇 Place the product in a thick, leak-proof plastic/vinyl bag.
This helps prevent any potential leakage during shipping.
〇 Pre-cool products before loading.
We recommend cooling products before placing them in the insulated shipping box. Pre-cooling extends the period during which freshness of the products can be maintained.
For fresh products, do not cool them below their freezing point. If you are unsure of the product’s freezing point, please contact us.
